Well, in travel, we certainly had to rise to the occasion when you-know-what stopped our world in its tracks. Did we do that? How did we? How are we better? And what do we have to do to rise to the occasion once again at this consequential moment in travel? No answers are promised, but perhaps it’s time to ask the right questions.
