1. What time does Rise Travel start on Wednesday, 25 June?
Rise Travel 2025 will start on Wednesday, 25 June at 14.00 with afternoon workshops followed by welcome drinks and dinner.
2. I have asked for airport transfer - how do I find my driver when I arrive?
A Worldline representative will meet you outside the entrance, just after the baggage claim and will guide you to your hotel transfer.
3. What time does Rise Travel finish?
The conference will end on Friday, 27 June at 12:00, followed by an off-site lunch and tour of the medina until 15:00.
4. What is the price for attending?
Your attendance at the conference, including two nights' stay based on single occupancy, and all meals as part of the hospitality program are on us. Flights to the event and additional nights stay are not included.
5. What about additional costs during the event?
Any additional costs (e.g., extra room nights, mini bar, phone charges) are at your own expense.
6. Will Worldline organise transfers to and from the airport?
We will arrange a shuttle transfer service between the airport and the hotel. More information will be shared closer to the event date.
7. How do I confirm my accommodation requirements?
Nights of June 25th and 26th are included in the conference package. Additional nights are at your own expense and to be settled upon check-out. Worldline will request the additional nights on your behalf however, once booked, failure to notify the hotel of any changes will result in you being charged. Worldline will contact you nearer the time to confirm your required check-in and check-out dates.
8. Do I require a visa to attend Rise Travel?
Please check with your local embassy on the type of visa that you require (if any). Don't hesitate to contact us if you need any supporting documents for your visa application process.
9. Is my registration transferable if I am unable to attend?
Your registration can only be transferred to a colleague after consultation with Worldline, please contact sarah.hadjali@worldline.com

The dress code for the conference sessions is smart casual. For the dinners and social program, the dress code is smart casual.
