Airlines and Hospitality Workshop Sessions prework

This survey is designed to support the airlines and hospitality workshops taking place on 2 June.

Its objectives are to:
- Generate data to fuel interactive discussions during the workshops.
- Encourage participants to reflect on their current payment maturity.
- Identify common payment challenges across airlines and hospitality players.
- Provide a foundation for peer benchmarking throughout the sessions.

Edgar Dunn will present the survey results anonymously and integrate them directly into the workshop presentations on 2 June. Findings will be shared exclusively in aggregated form (e.g. percentages and distributions) to enable peer learning, benchmark against industry peers, and drive meaningful discussions around shared challenges.
